[aTc] -> [LRLb]

[aTc]->PoPs->[LRLb] converter. When [http://openwetware.org/wiki/ATc aTc (anhydrotetracycline)] is present, the repression of Ptet (Part:BBa_R0040) by constitutively expressed tetR(Part:BBa_I732080)(regulated by constitutive promoter PlacIQ(Part:BBa_I14032)) is relieved. Thus the LRLb(Part:BBa_I732102) protein coding sequence downstream of Ptet could be transcribed.
